p5-Mail-Spamassassin patch

Hello,

here is a small patch for the p5-Mail-SpamAssassin port as expected in
http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-perl/2004-December/000375.html

I have installed and tested the port with this new release and found no
issues.

here is the patch:
