This should get you started with booting linux via PXE:
http://www.splashground.de/~andy/linux/tftpboot.tar.gz
Unpack as the root of you tftp server and add to your
dhcp.conf: "filename /pxelinux.0".
Edit tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg accordingly.
