[FreeBSD-Ops-Announce] Multiple FreeBSD.org services back to normal

Hey,

The two servers bit-master and stream should now be working normally
again after a bugfix to nullfs. This means the following services
should be back to acceptable performance:

- svnweb.FreeBSD.org
- cvsup-master.FreeBSD.org
- svn0.us-west.FreeBSD.org
- bit0.us-west.FreeBSD.org

PS. while it was annoying for the users of the services while it
lasted, we run -STABLE (and in some cases -CURRENT) on FreeBSD.org
servers exactly to catch these kind of bugs before they reach end
users.
