Fonts:: how do I instal a TTF font on OO?

	Hm, yeah, i had this scripted back in '97 when I first messed
	with new fonts.  So, if I had abc.ttf font, would I first need to
	cd to the /usr/local/lib/X11/.../TTF, and then type "mkfontdir", 
	followed by fp rehash . , fooreample...?   The webfonts ports is a
	do-it-all-for-the-user.  I want to add new ttf fonts.
