OpenOffice.org-2.0.4rc2 compile problems on -CURRENT

After failing to build OO-2.0.4RC1, even with the suggested patch, I've tried 
RC2 this morning but I stop at the same point it would stop with building 
RC1:

Stop in /usr/ports/editors/openoffice.org-2.0.

I've tried to include the patch but make stops as the patching failed (all 
hunks).

If the patch is to fix this problem, why not include it in the port?
