Opps sorry I misunderstand that I should build with libart :)
IMHO your patch is almost okay and you should ask another
person (rene at oo.o) to review who is taking care of config_office/configure*

However you should sign JCA otherwise we cannot commit to OOo's source tree
this is the policy. I think you are active person so it is worth to look at it.
