Bug ID: 247479
Summary: editors/libreoffice PDF export broken
Product: Ports & Packages
Version: Latest
Hardware: Any
OS: Any
Status: New
Severity: Affects Only Me
Priority: ---
Component: Individual Port(s)
Assignee: office at FreeBSD.org
Reporter: bergerkos at yahoo.co.uk
Flags: maintainer-feedback?(office at FreeBSD.org)

In version 6.4.4 built locally PDF exported from Writer documents contain no
fonts, only random symbols. The same behaviour observed in version 6.4.4.2
installed from officially built packages (separate installation for testing
purposes).
The same about printing to file (PDF).
On the other hand, printing to file from Firefox on the same system works fine.
Tested under CURRENT.

(Im)possible workaround: Changing default printing method to PS (Tools > Print
> uncheck the box for PDF as default printing method) and print to PS file,
then convert to PDF using pdf2ps. That works fine.
So, only PDF printing doesn't work. At that, images, tables and graphical
objects are inserted in PDF all right. Only text is missing.
