Most upstream changes don't really apply to us:

Version 4.13.1
Restore old cygwin_conv_to_posix_path() logic but use cygwin_conv_path()
instead

Version 4.13.0
More updates to support macOS 10.15 (and above)

Pull in various fixes

Version 4.12.4
macOS upgrades for 10.15 (and higher)

I think I may need maintainer authorization, although I was sort of member of
office@ team before becoming a committer ;).
