FYI, while not critical for the 2019Q2 branch, I did do a
slight rework to the patch I wrote for the build failure in
osl_thread_priority_init_Impl() to make it a bit more portable,
then I submitted to upstream.  I pushed that change to your
GitHub repo just a few minutes ago.  If it looks good to you,
could you also commit to the official ports tree?  This change
has passed a test build on 11.2-amd64 and 12.0-i386.
