According to the calendar[1] Boost 1.66 release is scheduled on 2017-12-13.
However, we need bug 224185 fixed before deciding what to mark BROKEN. With not
much time before 2018Q1 branches landing maybe delayed until 2018Q1 branches to
avoid MFH churn.
