Ok I know why.

aspell wasn't installed yet when you run make install in textproc/en-aspell
right?

Workaround is to first install textproc/aspell
and then install en-aspell

I didn't want to change the aspell.ver logic (which I don't like) but looks like
I will need to modify it anyway :)
