At least it is possible and easy to create one.
reviews.freebsd.org looks like yet another clone of a part of trac or
github, except as it ts totally disconnected from the bug tracker or
from the wiki.

By the way, account creation on wiki.freebsd.org appears to be dead.
Thus editing https://wiki.freebsd.org/Numerics is
the domain of the chosen few...
