OK, great. I think reducing the stack space worth the effort. It is not that
hard, will improve also the handling of pathological parameter configurations.
I haven't done this yet, because I also must extend packetdrill to have a way
to test all the strange disallowed combinations. And packetdrill is still
missing support for the Authentication extension...
