Is "-vlanhwcsum" without effect? [Was: Re: if_igb(4) VLAN(4) and [RT]XCSUM_IPV6, TSO6

And to complete today's discoverings of personal knwoledge deficiencies:
ifconfig(8) reports "PPROMISC" doubled.
Don't know if that's a special meaning or a cosmetic bug.
