Running 'ifconfig igb0 wol_magic' produced no errors, but the machine does not
wake up when a WOL packet is sent to that interface.

For what it's worth, the em0 interface shows both LEDs on solid, amber and
green, when the system is off but can be woken.  Only the amber LED is lit on
the igb0 in the same state (same cable, same switch).
