Is netmap jumbo frames broken in STABLE?

This was changed in

In the ixgbe_init_locked() initialization of adapter->rx_mbuf_sz was
limited to MJUMPAGESIZE. But I'm agree with Ryan, with this
configuration it works more reliable.
