I just completely removed the old cygwin directory, downloaded a new 
copy of it and installed.. still seeing:

justin at sabertooth /cygdrive/c/iperf3-3.0b4-cygwin-v2
$ ./iperf3.exe -s
       1 [main] iperf3 3380 find_fast_cwd: WARNING: Couldn't compute 
FAST_CWD pointer.  Please report this problem to
the public mailing list cygwin at cygwin.com



_Warning: There are multiple cygwin1.dlls on your path _ (not sure about 
this issue tho)
