You can install this very easily (P8H77-I, fresh freebsd 9.0 install):
1) download the three driver files:

if_re.c 
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/~checkout~/src/sys/pci/if_rl.c?rev=1.201;content-type=text%2Fplain
if_rl.c 
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/~checkout~/src/sys/pci/if_rlreg.h?rev=1.125;content-type=text%2Fplain
if_rlreg.h 

2) navigate to your download folder (or put it on a usb pen and navigate to
that one)
3) copy files to the rght folder:
	# cp if_re.c /usr/src/sys/dev/re/if_re.c
	# cp if_rl.c /usr/src/sys/pci/if_rl.c
	# cp if_rlreg.h /usr/src/sys/pci/if_rlreg.h
4) recompile your kernel:
	# cd /usr/src/sys/i386/conf
	# cp GENERIC GENERIC.org
	# cd /usr/src
	# make buildkernel KERNCONF=GENERIC
	# make installkernel KERNCONF=GENERIC
	# reboot
5) check if adaptor is present
	# ifconfig
	-> should show something like:
	re0: ....
	ether ....
	inet ....
5) configurate your adaptor (easy dns config)
	# ee /etc/rc.conf
6)	add the following line:
	# ifconfig_re0="DHCP"
7) save the file
	# reboot
