IGB freezes after about 2 weeks of uptime

Hi!

Issue still exists in today's CVSUP code

igb0: link state changed to UP
igb1: link state changed to UP

igb1: TX(0) desc avail = 0,Next TX to Clean = 3
igb1: link state changed to DOWN
igb1: link state changed to UP
igb0: Watchdog timeout -- resetting
igb0: Queue(0) tdh = 160, hw tdt = 173
igb0: TX(0) desc avail = 0,Next TX to Clean = 0
igb0: link state changed to DOWN
igb0: link state changed to UP

8.2-RELEASE-p9 is unaffected on the same box.
