MAC locking and filtering in FreeBSD

Among other things, more control -- including an easy way to cut off bandwidth  hogs and abusers -- and a walled garden that is better able to hijack browsers (the one in pfsense often fails). We actually have quite a few things we'd like to implement. More offlist if you'd like.
