How do I compile/load ipfw kld so that it has "default to accept" which seems to be required to allow hostnames to be used in firewall configuration loaded at boot time. Even starting the firewall config with 65000 allow all from any to any does not seem to allow hostname resolution to work when starting with kld. Pete
