cutter-no-gst.patch

devel/cutter does not support new gstreamer yet:

I'm not sure why a general purpose testing framework has special gstreamer
stuff o_0 and grepping the ports tree doesn't find anyone using cutter at all.

Let's just disable gstreamer in it. (While here, USES=gnome)
