  Enable XCB option by default

  Rationale:
  - XCB offers a comfortable screen capturing function via
    ffmpeg -f x11grab
  - In the default package libxcb is installed as a dependency
    of libX11 anyway, hence no need to disable it for ffmpeg
    specifically
