Thank you for showing the output of sysctl.
It looks good.
My vostro 3568 and you latitude 4580 are the same codec(realtek ALC3246).
ALC3246 is compatible with ALC256.
My vostro was good working after I was patched to
/usr/src/sys/dev/sound/pci/hda/hdaa_patches.c and make buildkernel && make
installkernel && reboot.
I don't know why your latitude is not good working.
