If you look at the configure output:

[...]
configure: WARNING: Not building Qt Interface with X11 helpers.
checking for moc-qt5... no
checking for moc... /usr/local/lib/qt5/bin/moc
[...]

it does not look like it is querying the qtchooser's moc-wrapper at all, as it
should be /usr/local/bin/moc then.
