diff -ruN ./textproc/p5-xmltv.old/ ./textproc/p5-xmltv/

The latest update to 5.70 introduced a new major update with tv_grab_zz_sdjson.
Unfortunately tv_grab_zz_sdjson has a linuxism and is not compatible with
FreeBSD because p5-DateTime does not now time_zone local.
This update changes datetime time_zone to UTC.
