ffmpeg chromaprint build option is broken.
It fails to build with last chromaprint revision

There is also a bug that I have previously notified to chromaprint port maintener as there is at this moment a circular dependency between ffmpeg and chromaprint.

Same problem for libsoxr port when SOXR build option is activated except that when libsoxr is already installed, ffmpeg can build just after

Testing environment

FreBSD 11 AMD64
