SVN diff for upgrading audio/beets from 1.3.17 to 1.3.19

The patch passes portlint.

I have manually done basic testing of Beets 1.3.19 using Poudriere in amd64
jails for 10.3-RELEASE-p6 and 9.3-RELEASE-p45.

For a complete list of changes, see the changelogs [1][2].

VERSION 1.3.18

Options changes:

  - Remove ECHONEST

Plugin dependency changes:

  - Remove dependency to devel/py-pyechonest

VERSION 1.3.19

Note that the output of `beet --version` prints 1.3.18 [3].

Users of the reintroduced Beatport plugin will have to manually install
GStreamer audio plugins for playback from the audio/gstreamer1-plugins-* ports.

Options changes:

  - Reintroduce BEATPORT (removed in 1.3.11 ports r384963)

Plugin dependency changes:

 - multimedia/py-gstreamer1 - required by the Beatport plugin
 - www/py-requests-oauthlib - required by the Beatport plugin
