firefox-43 && no sound on MP3, MP4, HTML5

Hello,

I have CURRENT from December and all ports from this date too on amd64.
Esp. firefox-43. 

FF plays sound on youtube flash content, but not when I switch off flash
(I assume that then it uses HTML5 for the video). When flash is off, the
video is shown but no sound. As well it plays muted (i.e. picture but no
sound) any local MP3 or MP4 file.

The same file is, for example, fine with audio when I use

$ gst-launch playbin uri=file:///usr/home/guru/diario2016/imagenes/video20160426_171720632.mp4

or with 

$ mplayer /usr/home/guru/diario2016/imagenes/video20160426_171720632.mp4

Any idea where to look into?
