ports/141433: reopen and commit new version of patch

And once again I'm back to this...

When I opened this PR for the first time I had no patch to unbrake this 
driver on RELENG_8. Yet after the PR was closed better patch was 
submitted. Submitted patch works for RELENG_8 and HEAD.

Can someone review this pr one more time? Should I file a new PR about 
this? Is there anybody out there?
