Install driver for pvr350/350

Hello everybody!
I want to install driver Hauppauge WinTV PVR 250 for FreeBSD. I try do it for  FreeBSD 7.4
After installed 
when I type kldload cxm_iic and cxm
 module_register: module cxm_iic/iicbb already exists!
