I use v4l* as a glon, instead of *v4l* in my initial copy to freefall.

libv4l-0.8.3-2.fc10.i386.rpm is there now too. Do you also want to
have the v4l-utils-devel-tools-0.8.3-2.fc10.i386.rpm on the mirrors?
Currently I have it only in my home on freefall, not in the
public_distfiles directory.

Here's all what I have currently, but the -devel and -debuginfo ones
look superflous for our use case:
---snip---
libv4l-0.8.3-2.fc10.i386.rpm
libv4l-devel-0.8.3-2.fc10.i386.rpm
v4l-utils-0.8.3-2.fc10.i386.rpm
v4l-utils-debuginfo-0.8.3-2.fc10.i386.rpm
v4l-utils-devel-tools-0.8.3-2.fc10.i386.rpm
---snip---

BTW, Andriy, I have the pulseaudio ones in my home on freefall too,
you can go a head and test already, but please don't forget to tell me
which ones to put on the mirrors.

Bye,
Alexander.
