faac-1.28 fails to build

I found that in my /usr/ports/audio/faac/Makefile, LIBS="-lmp4v2", not "mp4v2".
gcc failed to compile because it cannot find "mp4v2". If it is
"-lmp4v2", it would be ok.
Please try again.
