acd0: setting up DMA failed

I compiled atapicam into the kernel, as you could see in the first mail. 
Of course I followed the instructions in the manual. All those programs 
are installed and some even made suid.
However, it still doesnt work right, therefore must be missing 
something. That's why I mailed this list ;)
