TV-Tuner cards ( NTSC / PAL / SECAM ) - which works best?

Hi Fritz
Apparently a USB DVB-T stick usually sold under the "pinnicle" brand
does or did until the chip set was up graded
If you look for a  card sold in Europe you can nearly always guarantee
PAL and SECAM, If it does PAL you should have no problems with NTSC,
all they do is turnoff the PAL switch
If I could remember the exact spelling, but something like Hauppage
produce a good selection of PCI &,USBTV cards/sticks, the analogure
connexant drivers are fairly mature..
