freebsd port: audio/gstreamer-plugins-spc Missing header

While trying to upgrade fro 0.10.5_1,3 to 0.10.6,3 the build failed with:
 In file included fro gstspc.c:24:
  gstspc.h:25:21: error: openspc.h: not such file or directory

I rm'ed the port dir, cvsup'ed the ports again, and it still failed with
the same error.
