Open Sound System 4.0 released under BSD license

Open Sound System source for FreeBSD is now available under a BSD
license. Please look at http://www.opensound.com for more information
about downloading the sources and compiling them.

Build 1012 of OSS v4.0 now supports FreeBSD 6 and 7 running on i386 and
x86_64 architectures and can be downloaded at:
http://www.oepnsound.com/download.cgi
