RFC: massive snd_hda driver update to better conform UAA specification

I use the patch: http://people.freebsd.org/~mav/hda.7.20080812.patch
All is find. reboot, and I found that:

%mixer
Mixer pcm      is currently set to  75:75
Mixer speaker  is currently set to  75:75
Mixer mic      is currently set to   0:0
Mixer rec      is currently set to   0:0
Mixer ogain    is currently set to  50:50
Recording source: mic

When use the old snd_hda driver, It sould like follow:
%mixer
Mixer vol        is currently set to  75:75
Mixer pcm      is currently set to  75:75
Mixer speaker  is currently set to  75:75
Mixer mic      is currently set to   0:0
Mixer rec      is currently set to   0:0
Recording source: mic

I can find the vol mixer。

My machine is HPCompaqV3805AU。
