new nvidia driver - with support for new X.org API

Hello,

nvidia-driver-100.14.19 for FreeBSD i386 is avaiable.
Is someone working on porting this? :)

I changed distinfo locally and Makefile to point to the new version, 
recompiled and everything works with X.org 7.3
(including composite and compiz, well compiz does not work very good :P )
