Works fine here.

I suspect this is related to the gnome move from X11- to LOCALBASE. Try a 
pkg_info -L on gstreamer and see whether it's installed in /usr/local 
or /usr/X11R6.

In case of the latter, you should have read the 20061014 /usr/ports/UPDATING 
entry.
