Good question.  On the whole, given the current broken state of the
FreeBSD web site, I'd suggest sending them here.  Explicitly copying
me helps.

DVD-S works wherever you can see a satellite.  Assuming you're not
beyond the Arctic circle, I'd expect them to work.

The real issue is kernel support for DVB at all.  We don't have it
yet.  I took a look at the Linux code and came to the conclusion that
adapting it would be non-trivial.
