cvsup, and edit devel/linux-kmod-compat/Mikefile, remark these 3 lines:
#.if ${OSVERSION} < 602100
#IGNORE=  requires a recent USB stack, not present in ${OSVERSION}

make install clean, successfully.

# kldload gspca.ko
kldload: can't load gspca.ko: Exec format error

kernel: link_elf_obj: symbol __start_set_ldev_info undefined
kernel: kldload: Unsupported file type

# pkg_info | grep linux
