MythTV port: document protocol version?

Hello,

For the MythTV port:
Would it be useful if the pkg-message (or pkg-descr. or some other
file) documented the actual MythTV protocol version the port supports,
in addition to the (svn) version?
I think it would make it easier for users to find out if they can
upgrade their MythTV port without breaking anything protocol-wise.

Thoughts?
