Replace your sys/dev/sound/pci/hda/hdac.c with:
  http://people.freebsd.org/~ariff/test/hdac_stac9221d.c

and sys/dev/sound/pci/hdac_private.h with:
  http://people.freebsd.org/~ariff/test/hdac_private.h

Send me back your verbose dmesg and output of cat /dev/sndstat (make
sure hw.snd.verbose=3)
