You didn't explain as thorough as this in your previous mail. Don't
expect other people to understand it since it could mean anything:
simple loopback recording, recording from cd, etc. In past few weeks,
I had to deal with dozens of people, each with their own specific
problems and I expect people to put a little bit effort on explaining
things _clearly_ full with extravaganza _details_, as much as what I'm
doing to fix it especially since I don't have such specific
problematic hardware.

So how about this one? Set your recsrc to "vol" eventhough you're
recording from Mic. Make sure "mic", "line" and "rec" turn up high
reasonably.

Don't be offended by my latest signature. It was a pragmatic remark
from one of the person where I had to fix his recording problem
_remotely_ through my stupid 14.4kbit ISP ADSL link. As far as I can
tell, it was a success and he is pretty much satisfied with what has
been done. His and yours are using simmilar codec (ALC880). The
different is, your BIOS is heavily broken and some other kind of trick
need to be applied, painfully, since I don't have the hardware and had
to rely on your clear details of explaination.
