I can try to change it to something like replace from INSTALL_DATA to
INSTALL_PYFILE, then add:
INSTALL_PYFILE=${INSTALL} ${COPY} ${_SHROWNGRP} -m 0644
Any object on this? I have no idea if it will help, but we can give it a
shoot.
