Your TV can probably scale it up.  If not, you can run it through a
program on your computer and scale it up that way.

Do not confuse 720x480 with 720p.  Do not assume that video has square pixels.

NTSC DV is 720x480
DVD is 720x480
ATSC 480i is 528x480 or 544x480 or 704x480 (perhaps others, but I have yet to find
	any station broadcasting 640x480 or 720x480)
NTSC after being A/D-ed by a tuner card is 640x480 (perhaps others)
