Call for testing: emu10kx driver for Creative sound cards

These unsupported cards are identified in FreeBSD by pciconf -l -v as:
"emu10k1x SoundBlaster Live! 5.1"
"SB0100 (SB Live! 5.1 OEM)"
"CA0106-DAT Audigy LS"
