In his config.log has:

====================================
configure:27943: $PKG_CONFIG --exists --print-errors "$module >= $minver"
Requested 'gstreamer-0.10 >= 0.10.6.1' but version of GStreamer is 0.10.5
configure:27946: $? = 1
configure:27957: $PKG_CONFIG --exists --print-errors "$module >= $minver"
Requested 'gstreamer-0.10 >= 0.10.6.1' but version of GStreamer is 0.10.5
configure:27960: $? = 1
Requested 'gstreamer-0.10 >= 0.10.6.1' but version of GStreamer is 0.10.5
configure:27990: error: no gstreamer-0.10 >= 0.10.6.1 (GStreamer) found
====================================

B0hdan, you need to update all of your apps by follow in the
/usr/ports/UPDATING then do the 'portupgrade -a'. The new
gstreamer-plugins-gnomevfs needs gstreamer 0.10.6.1 or above, so we
current have 0.10.8 in our ports tree.

Cheers,
Mezz
