Uhm.. that at least tell us few things: whether your joyport is
broken, or simply the driver does not perform adequate joyport
initialization (programatical error). I would prefer to hunt this down
until it fixed, but since support for joyport on this driver is rather
new, I probably leave it as is for now (-> TODO).
